Were recruiting a Lettings Agent for a fantastic opportunity with a leading property management company in South Belfast. This full-time position offers the chance to join a market-leading team managing a diverse portfolio of properties. Were looking for someone enthusiastic, organised, and driven to deliver exceptional service to tenants and landlords alike. The Role: Work in a dynamic office environment, handling customer queries, managing viewings, and completing vital administrative tasks. Conduct property viewings, inspections, and tenancy check-offs. Coordinate with contractors for repairs and ensure compliance with fire safety and gas check regulations. Assist with tenancy sign-ups, deposit management, and tenant inquiries. Collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain high standards and exceed client expectations. Flexibility required during busy periods, especially around the end of July and the start of September, when additional hours may be necessary. What Were Looking For: A third-level qualification in a property-related field, or at least 2 years of experience in property management. A clean driving license and access to your own vehicle. Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to work well under pressure. A proactive, self-motivated individual with a professional and approachable manner. Whats on Offer: Salary: £24,000 – £30,000, depending on experience. Standard work hours: 9 AM 5 PM, Monday to Fridayenjoy your evenings and weekends free!
