This is a unique opportunity to lead a prestigious club with a rich heritage while driving strategic growth and operational excellence. The successful candidate will be responsible for financial planning, membership development, and ensuring an outstanding experience for members and visitors alike.
Your Duties:
- Strategic Leadership: Shape the club's future, working closely with the Board to implement innovative growth strategies.
- Membership & Experience: Enhance retention, develop engaging programmes, and create a welcoming atmosphere.
- Financial & Risk Management: Drive financial sustainability, budget planning, and revenue growth.
- Operations & Facilities: Ensure top-tier service standards, exceptional course conditions, and seamless club operations.
- Staff Leadership: Build, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
Your Profile:
- A minimum of five years senior management experience within golf, leisure, or premium hospitality.
- A strong interest in golf, with an understanding of club culture and traditions.
- A personable and sociable approach, with the ability to engage with members and guests daily.
- Strong business acumen with experience in financial planning and membership growth.
