KENNEDY BROS (ENGINEERS) LIMITED has been based in Rotherfield since 1946. We are a Ford authorised repairer but we sell, service and repair all makes and models.

The role:

  • Welcome customers in a polite and professional manner.
  • Update customers on the progress of their vehicle repairs to maintain transparency and trust.
  • Proactively sell additional services and repairs based on advisories from the Vehicle Technician to ensure vehicle health and increase service revenue.
  • Order parts in advance to increase workshop productivity.
  • Ensure customer and vehicle records are up-to-date and accurate.
  • Create estimates and invoices.
  • Schedule appointments efficiently to maintain our high level of service and smooth-running of the workshop.
  • Follow up MOT and service reminders to ensure vehicles are maintained correctly and on-time.

What we are looking for:

  • A minimum of 1 year experience as a Service Advisor.
  • You must have excellent communication skills with both customers and colleagues.
  • You must be able to learn new computer systems and processes quickly.
  • Previous mechanical experience and knowledge would be advantageous.
