What You’ll Be Doing

This is a support role - not personal care.

  • Build confidence and emotional resilience
  • Strengthen relationships with family and professionals
  • Develop skills for independent living
  • Maintain a positive tenancy
  • Respond proactively to challenges such as substance misuse, anti-social behaviour or offending-related risks and work closely with housing, legal and criminal justice partners when needed
  • Keep clear, accurate records - confidence with IT, numeracy and writing is important

Shift Patterns

Our support runs 7 days a week, 365 days a year. You’ll work a range of shifts, typically between 8 am – 9 pm, including weekends and bank holidays.

A Few Things to Know

  • Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis in Nottingham and include a short literacy and numeracy test
  • We may close the vacancy early if we receive high interest
