Your Role
Cover Supervisor (Fixed Term) Approximately 14.5 hours per week. Truro & Penwith Academy Trust, alongside Perranporth School are seeking to appoint a confident, flexible and enthusiastic Cover Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and can confidently support learning across the school. The successful candidate will provide cover for planned teacher and teaching assistant absence, including PPA cover, and will work closely with staff to ensure continuity of learning and high standards of behaviour.

- Has experience of working with children in an educational setting
- Can confidently lead learning activities using plans prepared by teachers
- Has excellent behaviour management and communication skills
