With a strong reputation for excellence and innovation, they are seeking an experienced and motivated Technical Manager to join their team.The Project:-Multi-phased residential development with another 8 years minimum. Mixture of low rise residential blocks and high quality 3,4,5 bedroom homes.Role Overview:As a Technical Manager , you will oversee the technical design process from planning through to completion, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality residential developments. You will collaborate with internal teams, consultants, and contractors to achieve project objectives efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:Manage the technical design process for new build residential developments.Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, and other consultants to produce detailed designs that meet building regulations and client specifications.Ensure designs adhere to current health, safety, and environmental regulations.Oversee technical aspects of project delivery, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and quality standards are met.Manage and resolve design-related issues during construction, providing technical support to site teams.Liaise with local authorities and statutory bodies to secure necessary approvals.Work closely with the construction and commercial teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.Key Requirements:Proven experience as a Technical Manager or similar role within the residential development sector.Strong knowledge of housebuilding construction.Familiarity with building regulations, NHBC standards, and other relevant legislation.Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring technical excellence.Degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related discipline preferred.What We Offer:Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.Opportunity to work with a market-leading residential developer.Career progression opportunities in a growing and ambitious company.A collaborative and supportive working environment.If you are an experienced Technical Manager seeking your next challenge with a dynamic developer, we would love to hear from you.
