About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Technical Coordinator to join our client on an exciting new-build high-rise residential tower in North London. This is a key position within our technical and design function, supporting the delivery of a major multi‑storey scheme from pre‑construction through to completion.

You will play a central role in coordinating design information, managing consultants, ensuring compliance with project standards, and supporting the technical manager to maintain the smooth flow of technical documentation throughout the construction process.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • A relevant construction or technical qualification (e.g., HNC/HND, degree in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar) is required.
