Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to play a key role in the building of high quality homes.

Youβll coordinate external consultants and internal teams across the full development lifecycle β from planning through to delivery and handover.
- Manage planning conditions & technical approvals

- Support site with technical queries and issue resolution
- Ensure all information is accurate, compliant, and buildable
