Our client is looking for an experienced Technical Coordinator to play a key role in the building of high quality homes.

🔧 The Role
You’ll coordinate external consultants and internal teams across the full development lifecycle — from planning through to delivery and handover.
- Manage planning conditions & technical approvals
- Drive design coordination and programme delivery
- Lead consultant teams and design meetings
- Secure Building Regs and key statutory agreements
- Support site with technical queries and issue resolution
- Ensure all information is accurate, compliant, and buildable
