Site Manager and Assistant Site Manager needed for Social Housing project based in West London. All external works, Roofing, Windows, external Painting etc.. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Site Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will lead the on-site delivery of social housing refurbishment projects, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety. Key responsibilities: * Oversee the day-to-day management of refurbishment projects, including both internal and external works, ensuring compliance with contractual requirements. * Lead and manage the site team, including subcontractors and suppliers, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment. * Ensure strict adherence to health and safety regulations, conducting regular site inspections and audits to maintain a safe working environment. – * Monitor project progress against the programme, reporting regularly to senior management and identifying any potential risks or delays. – * Manage site logistics, including deliveries, materials handling, and waste management, to ensure efficient site operations. – * Liaise with the client, residents, and other stakeholders to ensure excellent communication and customer satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle. Essential Requirements * Proven experience as a Site Manager within the social housing refurbishment sector, ideally with both internal and external works. * Knowledge of construction processes, standards, and regulations specific to social housing projects. * Ability to build strong relationships with clients, residents, subcontractors, and suppliers. * A solid understanding of health and safety regulations, with experience managing safe site operations. * SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) certification. * NVQ Level 6 in Construction Site Management or equivalent. * Asbestos Awareness and Scaffolding Awareness training. * CSCS card and First Aid certification
