A rapidly growing main contractor with a strong reputation in delivering high-rise RC frame residential schemes across the UK is seeking a Senior Technical Coordinator to join its expanding team.
Based out of their North Kent office, this is a fantastic opportunity to take on a key technical role within a collaborative and forward-thinking business that continues to secure major projects nationwide.
🔍 About the Role:
You will play a central role in managing technical information across complex residential developments—working closely with design teams, consultants, and site teams to drive technical excellence from concept through Gateway 2, to delivery.
✅ Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate design and technical information across multiple projects
- Liaise with architects, engineers, and internal project teams
- Review and manage drawing packages and ensure compliance with current regs
- Identify and resolve technical challenges throughout the construction cycle
- Support planning and pre-construction teams during bid and design phases
🧱 Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Technical Coordinator or Senior Technical Coordinator
- Background in high-rise residential construction
- Solid understanding of RC frame methods and challenges
