The Role
- Managing and growing an established white-collar construction desk with active jobs and loyal clients.
- Developing and maintaining long‑term partnerships across contractors, developers, and consultancies.
- Delivering a consultative, high‑quality recruitment service to clients and candidates.
- Working autonomously with full support from a collaborative, experienced team.
- (Optional) Mentoring junior consultants as the division continues to expand.

- Proven experience recruiting within the white-collar construction market (e.g. commercial, design, planning, site management, technical roles).
- A track record of strong billings and client development.
