Kenna Recruitment have partnered with a Tier 1 fit out contractor who are to recruit a highly driven Senior Construction Manager to lead delivery on a landmark £40–£50 million CAT B fit out project in London.
This is a career-defining opportunity to take charge of site operations on one of the capital’s most prestigious workplace transformations.
The Role
- Take overall responsibility for day-to-day site delivery on a major CAT B fit out.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors, and supply chain partners to ensure seamless execution.
- Drive programme performance, ensuring works are completed on time, to specification, and within budget.
- Oversee all aspects of health, safety, and quality, instilling a culture of excellence across site operations.
- Collaborate closely with the Project Director, commercial, and design teams to resolve issues and maintain momentum.
- Provide input into Pre-construction, tendering, and logistics planning where required, supporting work winning through practical delivery insight.
The Candidate
- Proven track record managing large-scale CAT B fit outs (£20m+).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multiple trades and packages in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent knowledge of fit out buildability, sequencing, and technical delivery.
- First‑class communication skills, confident working directly with clients and consultants.
- Experience within Tier 1 or leading fit out contractors.
- Capable of contributing delivery expertise to pre‑construction and tender stages when needed.
