We are a premium construction and property development firm based in Surrey, specialising in delivering bespoke, high-end residential and commercial projects. With a reputation built on craftsmanship, discretion, and design excellence, we work with discerning clients across the South East to bring exceptional spaces to life. We are looking for an experienced and strategic Sales and Marketing Manager to drive our business development efforts and elevate our brand presence within the luxury property market.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute targeted sales and marketing strategies to attract high-net-worth individuals, architects, property developers, and investors.
- Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation and qualification to conversion and aftercare.
- Oversee all marketing activities, including branding, PR, digital campaigns, social media, SEO, and content creation.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships to enhance repeat business and referrals.
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and client meetings.
- Collaborate closely with the design, construction, and executive teams to align messaging and deliver tailored proposals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to continuously improve strategy.
- Lead and mentor a small marketing team (with opportunity to grow the department).
Candidate Profile
- A minimum of 5 years\’ experience in a senior sales or marketing role, ideally within luxury construction, property development, or real estate.
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and developing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of the high-end residential property market in the UK.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Highly organised, strategic thinker with a proactive and professional approach.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, digital marketing tools, and analytics platforms.
- A genuine passion for architecture, design, and premium living.
