A Leading PLC Developer based in Kent is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its in-house team and support an expanding pipeline of residential developments across the region.
This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Quantity Surveyor to work closely with development and construction teams, managing projects from pre-construction through to final account.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost planning, budgeting, and cost control across multiple residential projects
- Preparation of tender documentation and management of procurement processes
- Interim valuations, variation management, and agreement of final accounts
- Liaison with contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders
- Monitoring project financial performance and reporting to senior management/directors
Candidate Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, ideally within residential development
- Strong commercial and contractual knowledge
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
