Our client, a highly respected Design & Build Fit Out Contractor , is seeking a talented Technical Design Manager to join their growing team. The Role
Manage the full technical design process from concept to completion
Coordinate internal and external design teams
Work closely with clients to develop design intent and technical solutions
Review drawings, specifications, and technical documentation
Lead design workshops and coordination meetings
Ensure compliance with building regs and D&B requirements
Support construction teams with technical queries and problem-solving
Build strong relationships with clients, consultants & supply chain partners
Proven experience on London Cat B commercial fit out projects
Background with a D&B fit out contractor , or consultancy with strong D&B exposure
Strong technical understanding across architectural, interior & MEP interfaces
Confident leading multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to drive coordination and maintain high technical standards
