Kenna are a professional recruitment consultancy for the construction sector, specialising in white collar for permanent, temporary, freelance and interim roles. We operate across commercial, production/build, technical/design, and business support. We work predominantly with Tier 1 and Tier 2 clients, with a main focus on developers, main contractors, and fit-out contractors.

Day-to-day:

  • Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and headhunting.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Manage candidate pipelines across multiple live vacancies and client requirements.
  • Complete reference checks and ensure candidate suitability before submission.
  • Produce detailed candidate profiles and present suitable talent to consultants and clients.
  • Support successful placements by delivering a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to offer stage.

What we need from you:

  • Previous recruitment experience (3-6 months) within an agency environment (construction-focused preferred).
  • Strong focus on candidate sourcing and delivery.
  • Proven success sourcing and placing quality candidates.
  • Confident using LinkedIn and job boards to source talent.
  • Driven, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication skills and a personable, relationship-focused approach.
