They are now looking to add an ambitious Quantity Surveyor to their high-performing commercial team.
The Role and Pipeline:
- Immediate Project: You will initially assist the team in successfully closing out a high-profile RC frame development that is drawing to a close.
- Next Major Scheme: Following the close-out, you will move on to take full commercial ownership of an upcoming 250-unit traditional build scheme in Surrey.
- Long-Term Security: With 10 live sites in the region and a huge pipeline of secured land, you will have long-term project visibility and room to progress your career.
