Internal Site Manager – Kilburn Location: Kilburn, London Role: Internal Site Manager Project: Residential Development We are currently seeking an experienced Internal Site Manager to join our team on a residential development in Kilburn, London. The successful candidate will take responsibility for one block, managing the internal construction programme from 1st fix through to final handover. This is a hands-on site management role, with a particular focus on drylining, MEP coordination, quality, programme and finishing. Key Responsibilities * Take full responsibility for the internal delivery of one residential block from 1st fix through to handover. * Manage and coordinate drylining packages, ensuring works are delivered to programme, specification and required quality standards. * Coordinate MEP installations with subcontractors and other trades to ensure efficient sequencing and avoid clashes. * Manage subcontractors and site operatives, ensuring productivity and quality are maintained. * Monitor progress against the construction programme and proactively address any delays or issues. * Coordinate multiple internal trades to ensure works are properly sequenced and handed over efficiently. * Carry out regular quality inspections and ensure works meet the required standards. * Manage snagging, defect resolution and the final handover process. * Work closely with the Project Manager, Contracts Manager and wider site team. * Maintain high standards of health & safety, housekeeping and site compliance. * Attend and contribute to subcontractor meetings, progress meetings and coordination meetings. * Ensure all works are completed in accordance with drawings, specifications and project requirements. About You We are looking for an experienced Internal Site Manager with a strong background in residential construction, ideally with experience managing internal fit-out from 1st fix through to completion. You will ideally have: * Proven experience as a Site Manager / Internal Site Manager on residential projects. * Strong knowledge of drylining and internal fit-out. * Good understanding of MEP coordination and sequencing. * Experience managing subcontractors and multiple internal trades. * A strong eye for detail and a commitment to quality. * Excellent organisational and communication skills. * The ability to programme, coordinate and drive works through to completion. * Experience with snagging and handover processes. * Relevant construction qualifications, ideally including SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid.
