Quantity Surveyor - £60,000 - £70,000 A Year in Hampshire

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team, working across a range of internal and external residential refurbishment projects. Key Responsibilities: Manage all commercial aspects of residential refurbishment projects from inception to completion Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement processes Monitor project costs and variations, ensuring financial efficiency Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and final account negotiations Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements Identify and manage commercial risks and opportunities Requirements: Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential refurbishment projects Strong knowledge of both internal and external refurbishment works Excellent cost management and commercial awareness Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong negotiation and communication skills Proficiency in relevant software and Microsoft Office Degree-qualified or equivalent in Quantity Surveying or related field (preferred) What We Offer: Competitive salary of £60,000 – £70,000 Opportunity to work on diverse residential refurbishment projects Supportive and collaborative working environment Career progression opportunities within a growing company
