Kenna Recruitment are currently looking to speak with experienced Quantity Surveyors. Our client, a well-established main contractor, specializes in the residential new build sector and has a strong market reputation. They require a strong Quantity Surveyor due to increased workload, to assist the commercial team on two different projects.
The schemes in question are both for Housing Associations and will have a build cost between £10-20 million, typically with RC Frame form of construction under a JCT D&B contract.
You must come from a strong residential background and have a good understanding of the design and build contract, alongside knowledge and experience in variations, minor procurement, and overall subcontract management.
