We are currently seeking an experienced Fit-Out Manager to join a leading main contractor/developer on a prestigious high-rise residential development. This is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a significant section of the project, managing the internal fit-out of approximately 5-6 floors and ensuring works are delivered safely, to the highest quality standards, and in line with programme.
The Role
- Reporting to the Senior Site/Project Manager, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all internal fit-out activities across your allocated floors, driving progress while maintaining exceptional standards of workmanship.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day-to-day delivery of internal fit-out works across 5-6 floors.
- Coordinate subcontractors and ensure works are completed safely, on programme, and to specification.
- Monitor quality throughout all stages of the fit-out process and ensure defects are minimised.
- Work closely with the Project Manager, Site Managers, and commercial team to resolve site issues.
- Carry out regular inspections, snagging, and handover preparation.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company procedures.
- Attend site meetings and provide progress updates.
