We are seeking a proactive and highly knowledgeable Façade Manager to lead the delivery of complex façade packages on a major project in Central London. You’ll play a key role in overseeing subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety standards are met, and delivering to programme.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of façade packages from concept to installation
  • Liaise with design teams, consultants, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues
  • Monitor programme, cost, and quality to ensure successful package delivery
  • Ensure health, safety, and environmental standards are adhered to across site
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintain quality assurance records
  • Provide technical input and support during pre-construction and procurement phases

Proven experience managing complex façade packages on major construction projects.

Strong understanding of curtain walling, cladding systems, glazing, and associated materials.

Previous experience with a Tier 1 main contractor or major façade subcontractor preferred.

Excellent communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.

Relevant qualifications in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field.

CSCS, SMSTS, and First Aid certifications are advantageous.
