We are currently recruiting for a top Tier 1 fit-out contractor delivering high-end commercial office and workplace projects across London and the UK. They are now seeking an experienced Senior Personal Assistant to support a senior Director within their growing business. This is a key, high-level support position providing comprehensive executive assistance to a director overseeing multiple major fit-out projects. You will play a central role in ensuring the smooth running of both business operations and day-to-day priorities in a fast-paced construction environment.
The ideal candidate will be highly organised, proactive, and confident working in a dynamic industry where priorities can change quickly.
Key Responsibilities- Full diary and inbox management for a senior Director
- Coordinating complex meetings, appointments, and stakeholder engagements
- Organising UK and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries
- Preparing agendas, reports, presentations, and supporting documentation
- Attending meetings, taking accurate minutes, and tracking actions
- Acting as a key point of contact between the Director and internal/external stakeholders
- Supporting coordination across multiple live fit-out projects
- Handling confidential and sensitive information with discretion
- Providing occasional personal assistant support alongside professional duties
- General administrative and operational support as required
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant / Executive Assistant at senior level
- Experience within construction, fit-out, property, or consultancy (preferred but not essential)
- Previous exposure to a Tier 1 contractor environment is highly desirable
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving approach
- Confident using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Professional, discreet, and able to work in a fast-moving environment
