The Role
As Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will oversee all commercial and financial aspects of multiple developments, working closely with internal design, technical, and delivery teams. You’ll manage cost planning, procurement, and contract administration, ensuring projects are delivered efficiently, profitably, and to the highest standard. Key Responsibilities
- Lead all commercial functions from feasibility through to final account.

About You

- Strong understanding of residential and mixed‑use construction.
- Proven experience managing budgets and delivering projects on time and within cost.
- Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or related field (RICS accreditation desirable).
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
- Organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
