The role:
Design Manager required to join a UK main contractor delivering a £75m commercial scheme in Westminster, involving cut & carve / refurbishment works of a Commercial building.
Must have:
- UK main contractor experience (non-negotiable)
- JCT DnB form of contact experience
- Strong London commercial project background
- Confident managing full design coordination (precon through delivery)
- Strong technical understanding of buildability, design risk, and package procurement
