The role:

Design Manager required to join a UK main contractor delivering a £75m commercial scheme in Westminster, involving cut & carve / refurbishment works of a Commercial building.

Must have:

  • UK main contractor experience (non-negotiable)
  • JCT DnB form of contact experience
  • Strong London commercial project background
  • Confident managing full design coordination (precon through delivery)
  • Strong technical understanding of buildability, design risk, and package procurement
  • Able to manage consultants, subcontractor design, and design programme
