Delivery Consultant/Resourcer - Construction

Day-to-day:
- Source and engage high-quality candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and headhunting.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Manage candidate pipelines across multiple live vacancies and client requirements.
- Complete reference checks and ensure candidate suitability before submission.
- Produce detailed candidate profiles and present suitable talent to consultants and clients.
- Support successful placements by delivering a high-quality candidate experience from initial contact through to offer stage.
What we need from you:
- Previous recruitment experience (3-6 months) within an agency environment (construction-focused preferred).
- Strong focus on candidate sourcing and delivery.
- Proven success sourcing and placing quality candidates.
- Confident using LinkedIn and job boards to source talent.
- Driven, proactive, and motivated to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a personable, relationship-focused approach.
