Kenna Recruitment is currently on the lookout for a Project Manager. Our client is one of the leading developers that operate across the UK and after a recent successful project win they now require a Project Manager to assist in leading this project.
As the Project Manager you will be leading a 150+ residential development, working closely with the Contracts Manager, being the go to on site and monitor progress of the build programme to ensure construction methods and timescales are met and take corrective action to bring progress back in line with programme.
You will ideally have experience in managing large residential schemes with either a developer or main contractor.
