I am seeking a Licensed Conveyancer/Divisional Legal Manager for a Tier 1 developer based in Wolverhampton. You will be required to manage the Divisional Legal Centre and will be responsible for the sale of over 10,000 units per year. You will be involved in build and sales forecast meetings, and you will manage 3 business units, however will be based out of the Wolverhampton office. Out of this office, you will manage a team of 10, including an Assistant Divisional Legal Manager, Legal Support, and a number of Estate Conveyancers.

Duties include the preparation of legal packs for the sale of plots, infrastructure agreements, land transfers, land sales, and sales of freehold reversions. You will be required to provide legal advice to the business and attend meetings with business units on new developments.

This is a fantastic long-term opportunity with a tier 1 construction business offering excellent opportunities moving forward. The role has become available owing to the previous incumbent's retirement and this is a business and division renowned for their excellent staff retention. The role offers hybrid opportunities of 2 days per week work from home once promotion has been passed, and a competitive basic salary and package.

  • Continually review the resources within the Conveyancing team.
