Job Description
Kenna Recruitment are representing a leading fit out contractor who is actively seeking to recruit a Construction Manager to join the team. My client has successfully won a range of large commercial fit-out and cut and carve projects across the London region including framework agreements and ongoing contracts with a large clientele.

About the role:
As a Construction Manager the main purpose you will have been delivering the projects from start to finish and liaising with a Project Manager giving regular updates on progression and where they’re at with deadlines, also be responsible for ensuring the sub-contractors are doing the job correctly/safely and on time, meeting the project programme whilst making sure the project is being delivered to the high standard the client expects.
The ideal candidate can have experience in managing commercial fit out schemes Cat A & Cat B varying from £1million to £20 million in value , you will be working alongside the Project manager.
Responsibilities:
- Making sure the project is delivered safely through to completion.
- Work is done in the highest standard.
- Providing regular updates
- Meet deadlines.

- First aid cert
