Kenna Recruitment are currently on the lookout for a Project Manager. Our client is one of the leading main contractors that operate across the UK and after a recent successful project win they now require a Project Manager for a new project.
They are now seeking an experienced Project Manager for an office to residential cut & carve project in Central London which will consist of 180 units of apartments. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing large cut & carve projects ideally £40M+ and have at least 5+ years experience running projects as a Project Lead. You will be leading this project as a no1 reporting into a Project Director.
