Working with a well respected, high end residential fit out and refurbishment contractor, we have an opportunity for a Freelance Senior Quantity Surveyor to work on a flagship multi million pound scheme.
Duties will include:
- Supporting the current Commercial Manager on the project with various procurement of internal subcontractor packages.
- Site based work, with travel to the Central London site Monday - Friday.
- Preparing cost plans, budgets, and bills of quantities for residential fit-out works.
- Managing valuations, variations, and final accounts throughout the project.
- Monitoring costs and cash flow, reporting on budget performance and risks.
- Procuring subcontract packages and assessing tenders.
- Liaising with clients, designers, and contractors to ensure commercial control.
- Ensuring compliance with contract terms and project requirements.
This role can pay OUTSIDE IR35.
