Kenna Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Finishing Manager to join one of our leading main contractor clients on a high-rise residential scheme in Central London. The project comprises 200+ residential units. This is initially a contract position, with the potential to become a permanent opportunity for the right candidate. The Role We are seeking an experienced Finishing Manager with a proven track record of working on high-rise residential schemes. You will be responsible for managing the finishing stages of the project, ensuring works are completed to a high standard, on programme and in line with the required quality standards. Requirements * Proven experience as a Finishing Manager on high-rise residential projects. * Valid and in-date CSCS. * SMSTS. * First Aid at Work. * Strong knowledge of finishing trades, quality control and snagging. * Excellent communication and management skills. * Ability to manage subcontractors and drive the project through to completion.
