We are currently recruiting for 2 x HR Administrators to join a well-established organisation on an initial 3-month contract, with the potential for extension. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Administrator / HR Assistant to join a busy HR team and provide high-quality administrative support across a range of HR processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day administrative support to the HR team
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes
- Preparing HR documentation and correspondence
- Assisting with employee queries
- Updating and maintaining confidential HR records
- Supporting with general HR administration
- Producing reports and updating HR information as required

About You
- Previous experience within an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or similar role
