We are seeking an experienced and motivated Quantity Surveyor to join our team, working across a range of internal and external residential refurbishment projects. This is an excellent opportunity to be part of a growing business delivering high-quality refurbishments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all commercial aspects of residential refurbishment projects from inception to completion
  • Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and tender documentation
  • Evaluate subcontractor quotations and manage procurement processes
  • Monitor project costs and variations, ensuring financial efficiency
  • Conduct valuations, cost reporting, and final account negotiations
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and project teams to ensure smooth delivery
  • Ensure compliance with contractual and legal requirements

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within residential refurbishment projects
  • Strong knowledge of both internal and external refurbishment works
