New Build Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner (DL)

Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced New Build Residential Property Conveyancer / Solicitor to join our team at the Leamington Spa Office.

Primary Responsibilities Include:

1. Managing a caseload of new build property matters from inception through to conclusion; including sales & purchase, equity, right to buy, shared ownership schemes, and lease extensions.
2. Liaising directly with clients, estate agents, and lenders.
3. Developing professional relationships, both with clients and with other potential sources of work.
4. Generating a fee income in line with agreed targets.

About the Person:

To be a successful candidate for this role, you must have the following attributes, skills, and experience:

1. Hold a relevant qualification (i.e., solicitor, CILEx, CLC) or have experience of managing your own caseload.
2. Be organised and process-driven.
3. Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice.
4. Have a commitment to providing an excellent standard of client care.
5. Be IT literate with experience of using a web-based case management system.
