We are looking for an experienced Residential Property Conveyancer to join our team in Stafford.
Primary Responsibilities Include:
- Managing a caseload of residential property matters from inception through to conclusion; including sales & purchase, re-mortgage, transfers of equity, new build, right to buy, retirement, shared ownership schemes and lease extensions.
- Processing cases in a timely and cost-effective manner.
- Liaising directly with clients, estate agents and lenders.
- Developing professional relationships, both with clients and Introducers.
- Managing own work allocation, productivity and quality of work with minimum supervision.
- Meeting clients and taking detailed instructions.

To be a successful candidate for this role you must also have the following attributes, skills and experience:
- Experience of managing your own caseload.
- Exceptional client service skills, going above and beyond client expectations.
- Be organised and process driven.
- Be commercially astute, understanding the importance of business targets and their impact on the practice.
