A Conveyancing Solicitor with at least three years of post-qualification experience (PQE) will be responsible for managing and completing a full range of residential and commercial property transactions from instruction to post-completion. This role requires strong attention to detail, organisational skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee residential and commercial conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion and registration.
  • Maintain regular communication with clients, keeping them informed and updated throughout the transaction process. Respond promptly to client queries.
  • Review title documents and draft or review legal documents, including sale contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage deeds.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence, including searches, investigations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Liaise with estate agents, lenders, surveyors, and other solicitors to facilitate smooth transactions.
  • Identify and mitigate any potential risks in the conveyancing process, including title issues or boundary disputes.
  • Ensure that all files comply with relevant conveyancing laws, regulations, and internal policies.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Qualified Solicitor with 3+ years of PQE in conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of property law and the conveyancing process.
