A great new opportunity has come up for an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer to join a well-known litigation firm in Bolton!
Offering a fantastic salary of up to £45,000, this role is perfect for qualified or non-qualified Clinical Negligence Lawyers with at least 3 years' of experience.
This role will see you responsible for:
- Handling your own varied caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated Clinical Negligence files, including both fast and multi-track matters
- Dealing with cases independently and without supervision from start to finish
- Supporting junior staff members to ensure that they are given the best possibilities for success
- Working to targets set by the firm and ensuring that these are met or exceeded at all times
- Conducting relevant investigations in order to repudiate and/or conclude the claim
- Undertaking Court Telephone Hearings
- Timely and accurate maintenance of all case management, billing and management information systems
- Correspondence and telephone calls
- Reviewing files
Ideally, you will be an experienced Clinical Negligence Lawyer who has dealt with these cases for at least 3 years. Whilst it is preferable to be a qualified solicitor, this is not a necessity, although exposure to more complex multi-track files is essential. You will be confident in litigation and have the confidence to independently work on your own caseload with little supervision (although there will be a support network in place).
