We are seeking a Housing Disrepair Paralegal with experience to join a very successful team based in Bolton.

Role responsibilities:

  • The incoming Housing Disrepair Paralegal will be joining a very successful team working on a caseload of Housing Disrepair files.
  • The specialist team all handle a variety of files surrounding Property Litigation and Housing Disrepair and you will be required to run your own caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files from start to finish.

Person specification:

  • Applications are sought from experienced Paralegals or Fee Earners with at least 12 months' experience in Housing Disrepair.
  • Experience in this area is essential, although a general property litigation background will also be considered.
  • Any experience in Cavity Wall or Japanese Knotweed would also be desirable for this role.
