We are looking for a knowledgeable and compassionate Industrial Deafness Solicitor to join our legal team. This role involves managing a caseload from initial client consultation through to resolution, ensuring clients receive expert guidance and representation. Key Responsibilities
- Handle a caseload of industrial deafness claims, including assessment, strategy development, and preparation for court or settlement.
- Conduct thorough investigations into clients' work histories, noise exposure, and medical backgrounds to build robust cases.
- Review medical reports, workplace assessments, and client statements to substantiate claims.
- Serve as the primary contact for clients, offering clear, empathetic, and professional guidance throughout the claims process.
