We are seeking a Housing Disrepair Paralegal with experience to join a very successful team based in Blackburn.
Role responsibilities
The incoming Housing Disrepair Paralegal will be joining a very successful team working on a caseload of Housing Disrepair files. The specialist team all handle a variety of files surrounding Property Litigation and Housing Disrepair and you will be required to run your own caseload of both pre-litigated and litigated files from start to finish.
Person specification
Applications are sought from experienced Paralegals or Fee Earners with at least 12 months' experience in Housing Disrepair. Experience in this area is essential, although a general property litigation background will also be considered. Any experience in Cavity Wall or Japanese Knotweed would also be desirable for this role.
