Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust has a vacancy for a Teacher of Art, to start in September 2026 or January 2027, where the role will be based at Kenilworth School and Sixth Form. In September 2023, Kenilworth School and Sixth Form relocated to a brand new, bespoke campus offering staff and students an exceptional modern and prestigious environment for teaching and learning. The Art Department has its own wing with dedicated art and graphics facilities including a kiln room and photography suite.
The post holder will join a supportive school with excellent opportunities for professional development. Our educational ethos encourages our students to be responsive, resilient, to have reasoning, be reflective and resourceful in their learning.
The Role
We are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of Art. The successful candidate will join a dedicated team, supported by an Art Technician, who have a raft of expertise and are passionate about the promotion of Art and Design in education and beyond. Our highly successful Department offers Fine Art and Graphic Communication at GCSE and A level. The successful candidate will have an opportunity to teach across Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4, with the possibility of teaching Key Stage 5. An ability to teach Graphic Communication and a working knowledge of Photoshop is desirable. We welcome applications from ECTs or experienced teachers.
