£67,898 FTE per annum, pro rata (Actual salary £23,375 per annum)
You will work closely with Headteachers and central teams to:
- Lead the development and delivery of a Trust-wide and school digital and AI strategy
- Drive innovation in teaching, learning and operational efficiency through the effective use of technology
- Oversee and optimise Management Information Systems (MIS) and develop reporting tools
- Support the implementation of a Trust-wide digital learning platform and Learning Hub
- Develop systems to track and analyse student enrichment participation
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, data protection (UK GDPR) and statutory requirements
- Lead on enrichment strategy across the Trust
- Work in partnership with senior leaders and external stakeholders
This is a varied and strategic role requiring both operational expertise and the ability to influence and lead change across multiple schools, reporting directly to the CEO.
About you
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has experience of working within schools and has recent classroom experience
- Has strong knowledge of IT systems and data management
- Has strong organisational skills
- Has a strong understanding of digital strategy and emerging technologies, including AI
- Can analyse data and translate this into meaningful insights for school improvement
- Has excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Is committed to supporting student outcomes and enrichment
