Kenilworth Multi Academy Trust is seeking committed Pastoral Support Assistants to join the pastoral team at The Westwood Academy. You will provide first-line pastoral support, promote wellbeing and assist with safeguarding, attendance and behaviour across the school.
You will work with SLT and teaching staff to support students in Year 9–11 (Key Stage 3/4, depending on role) and act as a bridge between school, families and external agencies, while complying with DBS and safeguarding
