Job Summary
At Kenes Group, we don’t just organize conferences – we create platforms that inspire innovation, build communities, and drive progress. With 60 years of experience in global conference management, part of our company is Kenes Original Event – an initiative to develop proprietary event brands at the intersection of knowledge, impact, and experience.
One of our flagship initiatives is SPORTECH – a disruptive platform uniting sports, technology, and innovation. It exemplifies our ability to bring together thought leaders, startups, and investors around future-shaping conversations.
We are looking for a Senior Account Manager with a strategic mindset, entrepreneurial drive, and a passion for partnerships to take these initiatives to the next level.
This is not a traditional account management role. As a Senior Account Manager for Original Events, you will be the business owner for selected projects – from idea to execution. You’ll shape the identity and direction of event brands, build strategic partnerships, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver transformative experiences.
You’ll work closely with top-tier experts, tech innovators, and global stakeholders to ensure that every event not only meets – but exceeds – its business, content, and community goals.

- Lead the development of mid-and long-term business plans for your events, including brand strategy, growth models, and revenue streams
- Identify market gaps and lead ideation for new event brands based on emerging trends and expert insight
- Create launch roadmaps for new events like SPORTECH, including objectives, messaging, content strategy, and performance metrics
Stakeholders Relationship Management

- Act as a strategic advisor – translating client needs into creative solutions that align with Kenes\’ capabilities
- Drive stakeholder satisfaction by ensuring alignment between vision, execution, and outcomes
Project Ownership & Execution
- Take full budgetary responsibility for assigned events – ensuring financial health and ROI
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, content, sponsorship) to guarantee timely, high-quality delivery
- Oversee event branding, program development, audience acquisition strategies, and content production
Leadership & Innovation
- Serve as a thought leader internally-sharing insights, contributing to business development, and mentoring junior staff
- Represent Kenes at industry events, partner meetings, and other high-impact forums

- 3–5 years of proven success in partner/client account management, preferably in a project-driven environment
- Demonstrated experience in or with the tech industry, understanding of innovation-driven sectors is a must

Skills & Mindset
- Entrepreneurial and creative thinker with a strong strategic mindset
- Proven ability to manage complex projects, budgets, and timelines independently
- Excellent relationship-building, communication, and presentation skills
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-cultural, and multidisciplinary environments
- Tech-savvy, with proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce or similar a plus)
