We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join our team based in Burton-on-Trent. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and engaging top talent for various positions within our organisation.

Hours: Monday – Friday 8am-5pm

Pay: Starts at £25,000 + bonus

Location: Burton on Trent (DE14 1PT)

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the entire recruitment process from job posting to candidate onboarding.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand their needs.
  • Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate suitability.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements.
  • Contacting prospect clients via Business Development (Sales).

Note: Due to the nature of this role, it is essential you have access to your own transport.

Experience: No experience is needed, as full training will be provided!
