We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Vehicle Prepper to join our client. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing vehicles by performing a variety of tasks that ensure they are in optimal condition. This role requires a strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Working Hours
Monday to Friday - 7am – 3.30pm
Overtime available week days and weekends
Bonus scheme after 3 months service
Duties
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify any necessary repairs or maintenance.
- Utilise hand tools and power tools to perform mechanical tasks, including minor repairs and adjustments.
- Prepare vehicles for detailing, ensuring they are clean and presentable.
- Assist with heavy lifting as required, including moving parts or equipment.
- Maintain a safe and organised workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely completion of vehicle preparation tasks.
Experience
- Proven mechanical knowledge is essential, with experience in automotive repair or maintenance being highly desirable.
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools is required for effective task execution.
- Previous experience in a similar role will be an advantage but is not mandatory; we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting as part of daily duties is necessary.
