About the Role:
We are currently seeking a reliable and hardworking Mandarin speaking warehouse operative to join our busy warehouse team based in Rugby. This role is ideal for a fluent Mandarin speaker comfortable in a fast‑paced, physically demanding environment. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting our warehouse operations, particularly in handling goods imported from China and using our in‑house Mandarin‑based CRM warehouse system.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read, write, and communicate effectively in Mandarin on a daily basis
- Use the Mandarin‑based in‑house CRM warehouse system to manage stock and orders
- Pick, pack, and prepare goods for dispatch
- Load and unload deliveries
- Maintain accurate inventory records
- Ensure the warehouse is kept clean, organised, and safe
- Support general warehouse operations as required
Requirements:
- Fluent in Mandarin (reading, writing, speaking)
- Previous warehouse experience desirable but not essential
- Comfortable using computer systems and warehouse software
- Physically fit and able to carry out manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and a good team player
