This is a full-time, on-site role for a Recruitment Professional located in Needwood, Staffordshire. The Recruitment Professional will be responsible for daily tasks such as sourcing and hiring candidates, conducting and organizing interviews, managing recruitment processes, and delivering exceptional communication to both clients and candidates. Additionally, the role includes providing training and ongoing support to new hires to ensure successful placements and fostering positive relationships. Annual salary is negotiable as this all depends on current salary and experience.

Qualifications

  • Skills in Hiring, Recruiting, and managing end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Proficiency in conducting Interviews and assessing candidate capabilities
  • Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and candidates effectively
  • Experience with staff Training and onboarding processes
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-focused environment
  • Organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively
  • Prior experience in recruitment, staffing, or talent acquisition is advantageous
  • Familiarity with the Milton Keynes job market and industry trends is a plus
