Shifts: Days – hours per week as standard
The Role
Our client, a well-established manufacturer of cardboard packaging, is currently recruiting Production Operatives to join their growing team. This is a hands-on role within a busy manufacturing environment, offering ongoing work with the potential for permanent opportunities.
Key Duties
Operating bespoke cardboard manufacturing machinery (full training provided)
Assembling cardboard packaging products to specification
Using hand-held tools such as staple guns and glue guns
Carrying out quality checks
Packing finished products
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Meeting daily production targets
The Ideal Candidate
Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production (preferred but not essential)
Comfortable using hand tools
Good attention to detail
Reliable and punctual
Able to work as part of a team
Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment
